Our corporate symbol

BinaFikir's values are encapsulated in our corporate symbol, the Icosahedron. The Icosahedron is one of the Five Platonic Solids with profound intellectual and mathematical significance.
The construction of the Icosahedron conforms to the famed Golden Mean, or Phi (1:1618); a proportion resulting from the Fibonacci series which is found with remarkable regularity in the natural world (e.g. the sunflower and the Nautilus shell).
The Golden Mean has long held a deep symbolic meaning as "Balance", "Wholeness", or "Al-Mizan" to mathematicians, philosophers and builders throughout the ages and represents the harmony we strive for in our work.
Ancient philosophers also likened the Icosahedron to symbolise water or liquid, in their quest to unite the physical world and mathematical constructs. Thus, the Icosahedron can also represent "fluidity", i.e. the ability to be mentally fleet-footed and agile, almost non-conformist to orthodoxy for the ideal of seeking the "balance of optimality".
