CAHB - AMI Insurans (Merger & Acquisition Advisory, 2003)

We advised CAHB on M&A for its successful acquisition of AMI Insurans Berhad, a general insurance company formerly owned by The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad.

BinaFikir played the Lead Role in successfully reconciling the interests of the parties (Vendor and Purchaser) together, via an innate understanding of both the insurance and banking industries. We were particularly successful in demonstrating inherent value for the Purchaser through an integrated bancassurance strategy and met the Vendor’s asking price in the process.
