COMMERCIAL BANKING GROUP (Implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Linked Compensation (PLC), 2008)
We recently assisted a banking client to develop high level,
strategic KPIs for the senior management team of the Group, i.e. direct reports to the CEO and the CEO himself.
In doing so, we had to review their strategy and align those strategies to KPI formulation for the Bank.
We also developed a performance-linked remuneration structure which thus links the identified KPIs and their targets,
to objective quantification of rewards.
