The project covered a study of the formation of a Biotechnology Park in southern Malaysia, covering;
(i) Global best practices and why Malaysia needs a Biotech-oriented techpark;
(ii) Strategic context of the set up of the Biotechnology Park;
(iii) Validation of current business model, strategy and roadmap as well as formulating a financial model for         the park;
(iv) Recommendations on the project structure and financing plan for the Biotechnology Park.

We have performed extensive stakeholder engagements and identified best practices around the world (public and private sectors) to ensure the Biotechnology Park meet its business and developmental objectives.
