Strategic adviser in relation to new Public-Private Partnership (Strategic Consulting & Financial Advisory, 2009)


Conducted a thorough review and study of the existing PPP arrangement, internal business model, industry landscape (different industries and different countries) and future growth sectors to identify the client’s current position and where it would like to be.

Developed strategy options for the client in executing strategic repositioning that is holistic and sustainable to earn the reward of a new PPP. Also developed detailed action plan to execute the strategy option selected and assisted client in negotiations with GoM on the intricacies of the PPP structure and operations.
