Strategic adviser to Government of Malaysia and Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) in relation to the Innovation Roadmap for the National Innovation System (Strategic Consulting, 2007)

We conducted a study on the nurture and development of innovation-led small medium enterprises (‘SMEs’) in Malaysia, which formed an an integral section of the Innovation Roadmap framework for Malaysia’s National Innovation System.

Our study included a stock-take on issues surrounding innovation-led SMEs in Malaysia (including global benchmarking), stakeholder reviews, new definitions proposal, policy recommendations for nurture and development, and proposed implementation programmes.

These culminated into a section that was part of the proposal to the National Innovation Council meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
