Malaysian Financial Institution (Merger & Acquisition Advisory, 2005)

We conducted a strategic review of the bank’s business unit and formulated a transaction plan for its potential acquisition. Assisted in identifying the optimal transaction structure taking into account the interest of all stakeholders. Implemented the approved transaction plan and provided financial advisory and investment banking services customary and appropriate in an M&A transaction.

The bank concerned is currently undertaking the exercise and hence the need for confidentiality.
