We formulated a master plan which comprised regulatory, operational and financial frameworks for the implementation of a seamless urban public transportation network in a key development region.

Our work included a strategic diagnostic review of the current transportation system and available infrastructure for the region, whilst projecting the capital expenditure and requirements for the foreseeable future. Our master plan incorporates a long-term 25-year strategy that can cater for continuity beyond that time frame.

We conducted comprehensive stakeholder engagements with the public and private sectors to ensure optimal efficiency, affordability and sustainability for the public and the operators. We also built a financial model encapsulating the entire urban transportation network which allows different scenarios to cater for various optimal transportation mixes within the network.
