TNB - DYNAMO model(Corporate Finance Advisory, 2005)
The model is a bespoke 'strategic decision modelling' tool which is dynamic not only across time but also across strategic and tactical options themselves. The tool utilises our proprietary DYNAMO technology which enables TNB to simulate an infinite variety of scenarios and circumstances in refining its strategic analysis.
In short, the model would allow TNB to evaluate and priority rank its strategic options, all at a touch of a button.
TNB currently actively uses this modelling tool for their rolling 20-year strategic planning. This model has been described internally as the most important infrastructure that TNB has.
