Wong Ai Kim joined BinaFikir in September 2007.

Ai Kim started her career in the UEM Group of Companies in treasury and corporate affairs work where she played a significant role in executing the de-gearing exercise of UEM Land Berhad in 2005. Thereafter, Ai Kim was selected to join the pioneer team for corporate development work at UEM Group and was primarily responsible for group-wide strategy planning, management and monitoring work, corporate exercises, investor relations and implementation of GLC Transformation initiatives. Prior to joining BinaFikir, Ai Kim was with Deloitte Malaysia where she was involved in corporate finance and client management initiatives.

Ai Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce, double major in accounting and finance, from University of Melbourne .
