Loh Tzu Anne joined BinaFikir in April 2006 as a Senior Associate. She is currently also Associate Director of Strategic Advisory in Maybank IB.

In BinaFikir, she has been the project manager and key execution member for financial advisory assignments including M&A and debt restructuring. She has also played a key role in strategic advisory assignments involving business & sectoral reviews and formulation of government policies & frameworks.

She was previously working in a consultancy firm, mainly involved in corporate finance consulting on toll road projects in Indonesia and property development projects in Africa and Malaysia. Prior to that, she spent 8 years within the UEM Group of Companies, particularly in the areas of corporate planning and finance for the ICT, property and construction industries.

Tzu Anne holds a BSc. in Accounting and Law from University of Southampton, UK. She is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. She is also licensed as a Capital Market Services Representative with the Securities Commission.
